GUEST BOOK

I was looking forward to getting to know Ellen better as the years went by because my son and her daughter have been dating for the past two years. It's still hard to believe that I won't get this opportunity. She had a great sense of humor and I loved to hear her laugh. The night before we had exchanged stories of different ways we'd embarrassed our kids over the years. There were a lot of laughs. My heart is broken for her family because now comes the tough part. After everyone goes back to their own lives and they're left without a wife and mother. Praying for some comfort in those times. There will come a day when the tears are replaced with a tiny smile. It'll happen. Take care Randy, Rachel and Ryan. Love you guys.

I only heard of Ellen's passing today while with a group of friends from West Forsyth. I can not express how sad I am and how shocked I was. There was no kinder, sweeter, loving person than my old friend Ellen. We had many years of a great friendship and our cheerleading days were fun because of her! My prayers are with you and your family and I am sure that her light will live on through her children.

Ellen and I went to High School together. She was always very sweet and friendly. I was kind of a cross country nerd, but she never saw me that way. She never saw anyone that way. I am so sorry for your loss. I hope the Lord comforts you and gives you peace.
